Money-Back Guarantee: 7 Days Monthly, 30 Days on Longer Plans
At IPTV Ireland we want to ensure that you are happy with our service. If you have any technical queries, do not hesitate to contact us. Our tech team will not leave your side until you're watching TV!
The terms are plain: the 1-month plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. The 3, 12 and 24-month plans carry 30 days. Past the 30 days on a longer plan, we refund the full months you haven't used yet, however far into the plan you are. If something breaks and we cannot get it working for you, that is exactly what this is for: you are not left carrying the rest of a plan that isn't delivering.
One ask: come to us first and give us a little time before opening a dispute with your card provider or PayPal. A refund is a conversation, a chargeback is a frozen case, and nothing can be refunded while a dispute is open.
